Join us for our annual HOWLiday Photos with The Grinch benefiting Taysia Blue Husky & Malamute Rescue!
Photos will be done on a first come, first serve basis – no appointments necessary! When you check-in, you’ll receive a number so that you and your crew can shop and mingle while waiting for your turn.
This is a family friendly event & all well-behaved pets are welcome!

No prints will be given at the event, digital copies will be posted to an album on our Facebook page after each event. You may request high-res images after your session by emailing us at info@greenspotomaha.com with your pet(s) names and breeds.
November 9, 2019 – Dog Christmas Photos with Barks and Brews and Harbor of Hope Dog Rescue From noon until 4 pm on Saturday, November 9, 2019, join Harbor of Hope Dog Rescue at Barks and Brews (137th and P St.) for professional photos just in time for the holiday season!

December 5, 2019 – Deck the Howls with Nebraska Humane Society
Hey kids, grab your folks and come ” pajama party” with us on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 5:30-7:30 pm! This free, family-friendly event, co-hosted by Girl Scout Troop 42473 and the NHS Education Department, includes decorating treats for shelter pets, reading to animals, and other howliday fun.
At 6:30pm, Santa Claus, himself, will make an appearance to read to you! You’re invited to wear your holiday p-j’s and have a great time.
The girls from Troop 42473 have planned this shindig and will also have an area if kiddos wish to donate toys, Vienna Sausages, and soft treats for the shelter animals.
The event is free for all ages and will take place in the *Center for Humane Education. We can’t wait for you to join in on our Howl-i-day fun! (This is a “human” kids event, so please leave your pets cozy at home.)
*Center for Humane Ed is the building to the West of our main building. Parking might be tight with our construction. Park in the main lot (on the right side if there are openings) and go to the building to the right of the construction fence. It’s located just behind Walgreens.
December 7, 2019 – Winter Wine Festival benefiting Nebraska Humane Society
Join the Nebraska Humane Society at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar from 1pm – 4pm on Saturday, December 7th for wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, silent auction and more!
Tickets are $50 per person, 21 and over only please.
This is a human only event, please leave your pets cozy at home.
December 8 and 15 – Santa Photos at Dogtopia benefiting Airedale Terrier Rescue
Airedale Terrier Rescue and Adoption will be doing pet pictures with Santa at both Dogtopia locations. Â December 8 at 14485 W. Center location and 13239 Portal Drive December 15. Â Hours are 1-4 at both locations. Â Pictures are $10.00 cash or check and all proceeds benefit rescue.
