What’s happening: UPC has lots of great fun planned – a bounce house, face painting/tattoos/balloon twisting, food/drink, raffles, and many local businesses and rescue organizations. Come help our staff celebrate and maybe, just maybe, you’ll fall in love and adopt a new pet!
